At NEU Pipes, we stand behind the quality of NEU Pipes products. This warranty policy explains what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a claim. 

General Product Warranty Coverage 

Applies to: 

• Hardware products 

• Accessories 

• Grinders 

• Electronic devices 

Warranty Duration: 

• 1 Year from date of retail purchase 

• Lifetime Warranty (select items): ”Lifetime” refers to the product’s expected usable life under normal conditions, not the lifetime of the purchaser. 

Covered: 

1. Defects in Materials & Workmanship
   Covers manufacturing defects or premature failure under normal use. 
2. Electronics & Batteries 

• If a battery fails to hold a charge far earlier than expected, it may be covered. 

• Normal degradation due to frequent or heavy use is not covered. 

1. Grinders 

• Functional defects in teeth, lids, or mechanisms are covered. 

• You must provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue 

Not Covered: 

1. Consumable Parts 

• Batteries and protective coatings that naturally wear over time 

• Exception: If failure is caused by a defect 

1. Cosmetic Damage 

• Scratches, dents, scuffs, or worn finishes that don’t affect functionality 

• Examples not covered: Light surface scratches, fading color 

• Examples possibly covered: Cracked screen or broken port affecting function 

1. Third-Party Components 

• Using unapproved chargers, accessories, or replacement parts can void the warranty 

• Use only NEU Pipes-approved accessories 

1. Accident, Misuse, or Abuse 

• Examples: Water damage, drops, exposure to extreme heat, fire 

1. Modifications 

• Hardware changes or opening internal components voids warranty 

• Software modifications (e.g., jailbreaking) are also not covered 

1. Normal Wear & Tear 

• Gradual decline from everyday use is not covered 

• Examples: 

• Battery losing capacity over time 

• Grinder teeth dulling from regular use 

• Surface scratches or color fading 

Glass Product Warranty Coverage 

Warranty Duration: 

• 3 days from purchase/delivery date 

Covered: 

• Broken or chipped pipes and bowls 

• Manufacturer defects 

Not Covered: 

• Cosmetic Damage 

• Scratches, dents, scuffs, or worn finishes that don’t affect functionality 

• Examples not covered: Light surface scratches, fading color 

• Third-Party Components 

• Using unapproved accessories or replacement parts can void the warranty 

• Use only NEU Pipes-approved accessories 

• Accident, Misuse, or Abuse 

• Examples: damage from misuse, drops, exposure to extreme heat, fire 

• Modifications 

• Hardware changes voids warranty 

• Normal Wear & Tear 

• Gradual decline from everyday use is not covered 

 

Product Registration & Proof of Purchase 

Required for Third-Party Purchases: 

• Register within 14 days of purchase at our official website 

• Upload proof of purchase (must include date and place of purchase) 

Purchases from NEU Pipes online: 

• Registration is automatically completed with your purchase 

 

Discontinued Products 

If your item is discontinued and a replacement is needed, we’ll provide a product of equal value and similar function. 

 

Warranty Claims & Handling Fee 

• A $5 shipping and handling fee is required for all warranty claims. 

• This fee covers packaging, shipping, and processing. 

• Payment must be made before a replacement is issued.

How to File a Claim 

1. Visit our Warranty Page 
2. Submit registration and proof of purchase 
3. Attach photos/videos of the issue 
4. Wait for confirmation and replacement instructions 
5. Return product and pay the $5 handling fee
