5. Shipping Policy

6. Return & Refund Policy
A) Eligible Returns:

NEU Pipes’ Return & Refund Policy applies only to items purchased directly through the official NEUPipes.com website. If you purchased NEU Pipes brand products from a third-party reseller or retailer, the return and refund process is subject to that seller’s individual return policy. Please contact the original seller directly for any return or refund inquiries.
D) Damaged or Defective Items:
- Must be reported within 3 business days of delivery
- Photo documentation is required
- Resolution options: replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion)
E) Refund Timeline:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
7. Warranty
- NEU Pipes products may come with a one year or lifetime warranty. To avoid confusion, “lifetime” refers to the period of time in which the device is available on the market, not the lifespan of the original purchaser.
- Products purchased from Third-Party Vendors must be registered for warranty within 14 days of purchase. Products purchaseddirectly through NEUPipes.com will automatically be registered for warranty as part of the checkout process.
- Customers requesting warranty service or redeeming warranty claims are responsible for a $5 shipping and handling fee to process, package, and ship replacement items. By submitting a warranty claim or redemption request, the customer agrees to pay this fee as a condition of the service. This fee must be paid in full before any warranty items are shipped.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NEU Pipes is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Injuries or damage from misuse of products
- Use of products in violation of applicable laws
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
